Leonie joined us in 2022 after working with retail analytics in Sydney. She's particularly good at spotting patterns others miss and explaining complex trends in straightforward language that clients appreciate.
Fern Albright
Fern manages our client relationships and has a knack for understanding what businesses actually need versus what they think they need. She's been with beam-flare since early 2023 and has built strong connections across our client base.
Our Hiring Process
Initial Application

First Conversation
A casual chat with someone from our team to discuss your background, what you're looking for, and whether there's potential mutual fit. Usually takes about 30 minutes.
Practical Exercise
We'll give you a real example of the type of work we do. This helps us see how you approach problems and lets you experience what the job actually involves.
Team Meeting
Meet the people you'd work with directly. This is your chance to ask questions about day-to-day work and get a genuine sense of the team culture.
Decision
We aim to make decisions within a week of the final meeting. If we move forward, we'll discuss start dates, compensation, and answer any remaining questions you have.
